We need your ideas how to improve our electronics system like PC, Printer and etc......
I would like to share an idea in Controlling Photo Copies for every Photocopy Machine. As we know currently after make One or more than that We required to record down accodingly in log book which attached on beside of photocopy Machine. Here some of us due to urgency ignore the requirement even for huge quantity.
This could be overcome by introduce the password sytem in every photo Machine. Those require to make a photocopies the photocopy Machine need to key in the password before proceed for make photocopy.Concerning that on end of every month the sytem will sort out the Photocopy quantity by every Deapartment.
Hope this method will effectively reduce the cost for A4 paper and black toner.
In order to fully utilize the electricity and water consumption without any wastage, we would like your full co-operation on this activities:- a) Please switch off the light and air-cond in lunch hour or not use b) Ensure all the switches ( computer, photocopy machine, air-cond,light etc ) are off before leave. c) + Ensure the water tap are close before left the washroom.
Concerning on share printer with Eng Sample Department or other respective department whom possesing the Color printer, kindly advise to print a copy by change to GreyScal option instead of print in color. Color copy Ducument are only adviseble to print accordingly without change any color option.
Hope this able to minimize the cost from purchase color tonner to often.
